If a missed payment occurs a £15 charge may be applied to your account. Early termination means paying 100% of the remainder of the membership (£420 – payments already made). If you are moving house / location then the remainder of the contract must be paid to leave. A membership may be placed on hold with proof from a medical professional for up to 3 months (can be reassessed before reactivated)
